Thierry is a Geologist with nineteen years' experience working in exploration and mining industries. Thierry has worked as a Mine Geologist in Madagascar for Victory Mining Company and Filon Sarl. In 2007 Thierry joined Universal Exploration Madagascar as an Exploration Geologist which in 2011 became a part of Indian Pacific Resources involved in iron ore exploration in Madagascar. He has been involved in Ni, Co, Au, heavy mineral sands, gemstones and uranium exploration. Thierry gained his degree from the State University in St. Petersburg, Russia.
